Bluebells with SPS Saturday 13th May 10:30-12:30pm

You’re invited to come for a walk on Saturday 13th May in Stanmer woods. Hopefully, bluebells, bees, birdsong and butterflies should be on offer (weather dependent).

The plan is to meet in the Upper Lodges car park and walk along the Beech walk to the bluebell wood.

We’ll then walk down to the Old Orchard behind the One Garden and on up to the Wild Flower project behind the council rangers/ SDNP offices.

Please expect uneven ground and some paths are steep and could be slippery especially if it’s rained. There’ll be opportunities to make the walk shorter if you perhaps prefer to return to the car park after seeing the bluebells. The 79 can take you back into Brighton. The walk should take approx. 2hrs.
Please give us a heads up if you are planning on coming, friends and family welcome.
